One spot left for one pedal

After going through a tone chasing phase (that nearly ended in destroying my bank account with a new distortion pedal), I have rearranged my pedals in a more "logical" placement.



With the addition of the Spark Mini (holy ****, this thing is so transparent), I find that my board has one small patch of usable space.

Any ideas what I might put there? Buffer? Mini compressor?

Gonna audition for a spot in the College's light music club soon, so I'll be asked to play a variety of "pop" songs from actual pop, to alternative rock, to funk to borderline jazz fusion, and sometimes to metal.

If it were me? Tremelo. But everyone has different effects that they'll actually use. I've never had much use for flange or phasers, for example. A compressor would also be an addition I'd make -maybe the little SP comp from Xotic? - but not at that spot in the chain.

I haven't try this but if I only had one spot left I may try a zoom MS-70CDR, just for the sake of having some effects like once in a song and just occasionally.

A clean boost, a phasor, a harmonizer...these are a pedals I have on my board. I don't use the phasor or the harmonizer a lot, but they do add color when I need them. A lot of guys use multiple delays and distortion pedals. But the glaring omission I see is the lack of a wah.
