I was lookin on the site and seen a georgeous LP , The original series LP 85CD.

Does anyone know where you can buy these apart from ebay as right now there doesnt seem to be any..??

AAhh.. the Custom!
Check out the E-LP-90LTC .... Custom with gold hardware, gold covers and lacquer (nitro) top !! or the E-LP-100LTC with 3 pickups!

Ah so thats what to laquer is i see...yeah ive looked at them both but the LP 85CD looks better too me IMO, But still those are cool Motherf**rrrrss....IMHO,looks wise they kick the living crap out of gibson and they come with kickass pups too..Im definitly gonna get one of these and most likley the 85CD..
Where could i get one tho , i haven't seen any on ebay or anywhere online..

???

they are MIJ. These can be had through Ishibashi... at lest Koichi once told me he could get one for me but I`m in Japan... can`t see why he couldn`d do the same for folks outside the country. Get a used one for the deal of the century.

I also got an Edwards LP jr with the single P-90 dog ear p`up. 1 piece TV yellow mahogany body beautiful full neck and light as a feather... got it at a going out of business sale here in Sendai Japan. heeheehee.

Great score Thames. As for your soundcard, go to:

Start>Run: type in sndvol32.exe -r and when the control panel pops up, make sure you have a check mark in the Select box for line-in.

BTW - this is how it works for Win98 . . . if you have XP, it could be different. Either way, you want to go into your "recording" control panel and select line-in.

I`m still trying to come up with something bad about these Edwards... but so far I can`t. Compare to Gibsons... I like my Edwards as much as I liked my Gibson LP standard... which I no longer have. Plus the Edwards doesn`t have the finish flaws the LP had. Personally I like the Duncans in mine, the flame top is real nice, it has some weight to it too, neck is fat and comfy, deep joint neck...... nope, nothing bad to say.
The links are from Yahoo Japan auctions... e-bay is just not well known here... I`ve had to inform my students about it because they have no idea what it is.

I found thier Fender products page here: ishibashi I don't see Edwards products anywhere on the site though.

y2Stevo, honestly, I'd spend more time comparing them to Gibson CustomShop/Historic, as they totally beat Gibson standard product line IMO.

:smack: I didnt remember that!! I'm at work now but I'm 99% sure it's the problem. I checked it in the Reading/Play panel, but not for the Record/Input. Thanks!

Oh and i think i remember suggesting something similar to you or someone else here with the same soundcard troubles too a while ago,
So i'd say thats your problem there..
