I am big fan of opeth so their guitars...
mike playing with a prs 24 but what color is it(looks amazing)?
and any pick up recommed for the sound?

If you are referring to his blue PRS, that guitar has the full shred set. He was still using that guitar a lot in those days.

At least on that album I think he was using mostly Laney amps. Not sure of the model.

If I remember right, they had a Laney VH100R and some Boss GT multieffects pedal or such.

I have an ibanez rg350m ye.is shred set work with this guitar?it has maple fretboard.can ı get that opetish sound?

With the right amp you can get opeths sound with the pickups you have now.

I thought around then Opeth were using GH series Laneys with the Boss GT-8 acting as a preamp.

Full Shred in your Ibanez will be able to get pretty damned close with the right amp/patch/sim setup.
