Opinions on Suhr pickups? Comparison with SD?

Hey d00000dzzzz...

What's everyones take on the Suhr pickups? Any Duncans a close match to the v60s? I recently heard a friend on his Suhr and his tone was freakin' killer...guitar certianly didn't hurt, but I'm real curious about those pups now!

I heard someone playing a Suhr Strat in a store a few months back. He's a killer player but so were the pups.

I am using the V60LP's in my maple neck MIA strat. They are pretty good. They are just a different flavor from Duncan.

How would you describe the differences? Any comparision as to what duncan they might sound like?

A bit fatter and smoother than the antiquities I have in another strat. Definitely smoother highs than the fat 50's in strat 3 but comparable output.
