Orange AD30H for a Boogie Mark IV...opinions?

I'm thinking about trading in my Mark IV for an Orange AD30H, (something simpler).

I been using this Mark IV for a year or so, and I only use the rhythm 1 channel, for any overdrive or distortion, I use my Spina modded TS9 and DS-1. The ryth 2 is too midrangey, and I rarely use the lead channel.

The other guitarist has a Gibson LP Limited thru a Marshall (rhythm player), and I'm playing a Strat (JB jr) (rythym-lead), the rythym 1 on the Boogie has a Fender like tone which mixes well with the LP Marshall tone.

We play mostly classic rock.

Any opinions?

Thanks,
Jeff

Well I personally think that Orange amps produce the epitome of classic rock tone. They are just so raw and I could never get over how much they rule.

You could be in danger of treading on your other guitarists sound tonewise, what guitar would you put through it? There's no doubt the AD30 sings tho', I would love 1 too!!!

I've been using a MIA strat w/JBjr, because my LP and PRS were not bright enough using the boogie.
