Anybody tried the little Orange combo for like $99?

I promise I searched for this first.
And I ended up in the thread about embarrassing guitar crushes, reading about day-glow Ibanez RG's for an hour.
So now I'm trying this approach.

Killer amps... but they have heat issues. My brother has one as a practice amp and it is probably the best practice amp under $300 I've ever played. Lots of cool sounds throughout. The problem is you play it for half an hour and it smells like burnt rubber. It hasn't quit on him but it does this consistently.

(He returned the first one and the second one does the same thing). Great sounding amp though... maybe just run a fan on the back.

Thanks for the warning. That particular kind of issue is a big flag for me.

A friend of mine had one of those for a while. Seriously, killer amps for the price. I loved the sound out of it whenever he let me have a pop at it. I've never played it enough to notice any reliability issues, though.
