Well, I got alot of guidance for my main board. (Dont have it set up yet due to time restraints, But have the direction for it.) So... Lets look at board two.

This board is mainly effects.. I do have one dist pedal on it..

It has:

Small Bear (Rat clone)

ADA Flanger
MXR Flanger
PV chorus
MXR Tremolo
MXR phase 90
Boss Octave


Suggestions for proper order?? thanks so much!

That order is as good as any. What year is the ADA?

Not sure. Def a reissue tho. Got it a few years ago..

I always though octave pedals track better up front but what do I know.
Some like a Phaser before dirt and flangers after the Rat thing are going to be really overt.
Modulation before or after dirt is a matter of what you like and the pedals themselves.
Since you have two flangers I would try this:
Boss Octave
MXR phase 90
ADA Flanger
Rat
MXR Flanger
PV chorus
MXR Tremolo
