For some reason Just recently my wah pedal doesnt work when I go to turn it on there is no longer any sound. When I click it off sound comes back. Its acting like an on and off switch in essence. Ive used it for a good six months now but now its not working. Also its not using a battery I actually have a wallplug for it.

It's the switch, mine did the same thing. If you still are under warranty, you could send it back, but I've dealt with Dunlop before and it will take a while for you to get it back. If I were you, I'd swap out the switch myself and make it true-bypass as well, DPDT switches are pretty cheap, and it's relatively easy.

Its not I bought it from a friend. What would I need were could I by one and how would I go about doing this?

Mine did the same thing. I just took it to a pro to have it fixed.

Red Bear Electronics is good for supplies. Just get a DPDT switch. There's plenty of schematics online for true bypass, just search for DPDT true bypass, maybe even search for Crybaby and there might be one just for that pedal.

If you don't feel comfortable with your soldering skills or doing this, just take it to a tech. It'll cost more, but you'll get it done right.

Re: Original Cry Baby Wah Pedal Issues

Any reccomendations where to take it too cause sam ash and guitar center cant do it. This is like the only pedal I use next to my line 6 preset changer and now I cant do any of the sweet solos with wah. :(
