Original floyd in an import JACKSON?

The cheap tremelo in my jackson dk2 is crap. The saddles wont stay thightened down on the chrome (really cheap metal) therefore I cant ajust the inntonaiton!!!!!! WIll an original floyd fit into a dk2? I thought for sure but I have sorce saying that it wont/?????? Anyone else done this?

I have two other import jacksons that have the black bridges and they inntonate fine because the finish on the tremelo allows the the allan nuts to grab ahold of the metal........It is just the chrome finish that is too slick, and It may even be how the metal was heated. (Mostly because it is cheap! haha)

I have a Japanese SL-4 that an OFR fit onto just fine!!

floyd rose claims that the OFR will fit where any licensed floyd was. you should be fine with an ofr
