9-42....I think I finally outgrew that gauge, after using 11-48 for over a year now...there is no turning back to thinner strings.
Like the meat of the other strings more.

No amp, just direct recording with a Marshall DRP-1 direct record preamp.
Set for clean, used a Crush Zone distortion, Echotone delay, optical comp.
Oh and a wah wah prototype

11-48 is good for those old man hands. You cant play fast anymore when you reach 39, so instead you have to compensate with sustain and slow notes.:biglaugh: :9:
