P-90 or rather SSL-4 humbucker?

Hello once again. I've tried out the phat-cat bridge model. WOW! haha. i must say that i love it's sound. too bad all my guitars are one-pickup guitars. haha.

well, due to that fact, it tends to get a little noisy distorted. any humbuckers resembling the tone of the phat cat bridge but actually resembling the ssl-4? the ssl-4, i have to say, is my fave single-coil for the bridge and i was hoping that there are any humbuckers that are capable of handling that sound without the single-coil noise. any suggestions?

the phat cat still tends to be a little noisy and keep in mind that i can't get the set cos my guitars are all bridge-only models.

The 59/Custom Hybrid is the closest humbucker tone to the Phat Cat... it is slightly fatter since it is sensing a larger area of the string. They are the 2 pickups I have in the Bridge of most of my guitars...

Also the new TV Jones Power Tron Plus as used in the new Gretsch Billy Gibbons Jupiter Thunderbird has a similar tonal palette... very cool pickup indeed! I just installed a set and was floored...

Haven't used an SSL-4 in a long time so I can't comment on that one...
