I'm currently building a Warmoth Carved-Top Soloist with P-Rails in both the neck and bridge. I also would like to use Stellartone Tone Knobs (which unfortunately cannot be stacked or tapped) and the Graphtech Ghost modular system (yay more knobs and switches), so keeping control knobs to a minimum would be great. =)
Is there any way to use a rotary switch (like PRS) or preferably the "Megaswitch P-Model" found on stewmac.com, for selecting the various tonal possibilities within each humbucker (in/out phase, series, parallel, etc.)and then a 3-way to then activate which position will be turned on? I would like to be able to choose between coil, humbucker, and P-90 (an additional switch would be okay, I guess.)
I was currently planning to use a concentric volume pot for controlling each pickup independently, two tonestylers for each pickup and then another concentric volume for the Graphtech Modular system needs. Any coil-tapping or whatnot would be DPDT switches. If there is a better way, or any helpful advice, it would be much appreciated.
