P-Rail with 5-way switch, and push-pull tone help!

Hey,

I've got a P-Rail on the way, and I want to put it in the bridge of a Schecter Nick Johnston Strat.

It will be a HSS setup, with:
  • One Tone (push-pull)
  • One Volume (push-pull)
  • 5-Way Switch
I can't seem to find a suitable wiring diagram that'll fit.... can anyone help with a wiring sketch?

Thanks folks!

Welcome to the forum!

What would you like the 5 way and the P-Rail to do? You would be able to get more combinations with either a Triple Shot ring or a few push pull switches.

Awesome, thanks so much folks.

Ideally I'd like to run the P-Rails in four modes:

Series, P90, Rails, parallel.

I actually only ever use the Neck on its own, and don't really use position 2 or 3.

I'd prefer to have the Bridge in p90 and Neck pickup together as a selection.

Cheers for the help

From this diagram it looks like I could wire the P-rails to the 5-way selector to choose the different modes. I never use the middle position, so I'd be happy with neck in position one, and the rest P-Rails modes....

If I did, can someone help me out with a diagram on how I'd hook up the pickups to the 5-way?

It gets very confusing when the positions of a 5-way are used backwards. Typically, position #1 is the bridge pup and position #5 is the neck.
