p-rails wiring on schaller 5 way

I;d like to know what wire combinations are what on the p-rails.

Like

What wire combo makes the rail, p-90, humbucker.

I've tried black lug, white ground = p-90?
red lug, green ground = rail?
black lug, green ground, white+red taped off = humbucker?

Black lug, green ground gives a very weak sound
white lug, green ground also gives a very weak sound

I've already received answers like 'just get tripleshots', but I don't have those right now, and even though I've checked out a bunch of diagrams, I'd still like to know exactly which circuits create which outputs for the p-rails.

There are several versions of that Schaller seven contact PCB selector switch. Each offers different capabilities.

The coil combinations in your list would be more easily selected via a twenty four contact Superswitch.

My own preference would be for Triple Shot mounting surrounds and a three-way selector switch wired like a modern Telecaster. (Switches for phase reversal and placing the two pickups in series with each other could also be added.)

hmm, the issue is I don't really want to get new pots and switches at the moment. So I wondered what my options were with what I have for right now.

I don't think you can get what you want from just a seven contact switch.

I'm with Funkfingers on this one...Triple Shots and a three-way. It's not much to purchase, but you get everything those pups have to offer.

Or just get one 3-way switch for neck/neck+bridge/bridge and another 3-way (on/off/on) for splitting rail/hum/p90. One switch can split both pickups. There is a way to wire a 5-way swithc to work as a "virtual" 3-way meaning it would have bridge/bridge+neck/bridge+neck/bridge+neck/neck.

I guess I'll just do the trial an error method to see what I can get out of what I have at hand.

Alrighty lol, 2 hours wasted.

How would I go about wiring these JUST for the p-90s? On a schaller 5-way 105-2s? I originally wanted a set of phat cats to begin with, but I'm still waiting on them so I grabbed these temporarily to check out in the meantime.

Can someone tell me what each of these connections equate to for the p-rails?

Black
Black, red+white tied together and insulated
red

red+white

Yeah I know, triple shots, etc etc, I don't have those, I don't want every possible sound out of these right now. I might order some triple shots later, or the 3 way and push pulls. For now I just want to know what wire combos go with what sounds for now.
