Do you have a middle pickup? Will these two pickups be used together or just switch from one to the other?

Well this is a custom guitar I am doing, I was considering these options:
1) Hot Rails (B), PA STK- S1n (N)
2) Lil Scremin Demon (B), PA STK- S1n (N)
Would you have any suggestion? I might use a middle PU as well, but that was not in my original plan. In this 3 PU set, PA would be better for the neck or middle position? What would be a good PU for the other positions? I do want a hot bridge PU, though (that's why I was considering Hot Rails).
