Palladium Gain Stage hiss problems

Hi all,

I have a 2017 Palladium Gain Stage, a fantastic pedal, however it's started hissing so loudly if I have the gain knob above 1/4 that it's completely unusable. I've tried using it without any other pedals in the chain and with multiple power adaptors to try to rule them out, but to no avail.

Does anyone know what might be wrong and if it is fixable? It's an expensive and very great pedal when it works.
