Panama effects?

Sorry if this is somewhere else on the forum but I couldn't find it. Plenty on EVH pickups though.

I am trying to figure out what the effects used on Panama are. Distortion obviously, but what else? Delay? Compression?

I don't think there are any obvious "effects" on that track, mostly EVH's technique, a hot marshall and I bet some slapback delay to fatten it up a little.

I think he already used some chorus effect by that time actually. Unlike other 80's players it was always pretty subtle.
