parallel wiring humbuckers

I am looking for anyone who may have a diagram (or great explaining skills) to help me learn how to wire a pickup ( neck) in parallel. I need the idiots guide because I'm new to pickup installation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The thought is possibly using a jb in the neck position. And I'm hearing that it is way too hot to be wired in series, which is how I assume the current pickups (Emg designed) are wired. The guitar is an ibanez s620ex1. Thanks to any help I can get.The bridge will be getting a demon.

Re: parallel wiring humbuckers

Its fairly simple. Tie black and red together for the "hot" output, and green and white together for ground.

I'm beginning to use parallel wiring much more these days. I like the increased clarity over series wiring. I guess I'm just too used to the P-90 sound to accept that muddy series humbucker sound anymore.

I really like the tone of my high output Invader bridge in parallel mode. It does sound cleaner and brighter and you still get full hum (noise) cancellation.
