Pearly Gates Bridge with 250K pot???

I've been using a Pearly Gates bridge (as well as neck) on a Les Paul Custom for many years. Obviously I'm quite pleased with the sound, but as we all endeavor to find that "perfect" tone, I was wondering how this would sound with a 250k volume pot on bridge pickup??? Thanks....

I really dont like the PGB with a 500K pot. I think its too bright and trashy sounding! A 250K or a 300K might do the trick!!!!

it sounds great with a 500K volume and a 250K tone pot in the bridge position of my LP standard.
