Pearly Gates & Fender Lonestar Help Please

Hello: I'm not a tech type but have swapped out pickups using S. Duncans drawings, and just swapped out a couple of pickups but the 2nd position doesn't sound as big as the other positions...Very Weak.....I'm thinking the switch may be bad? The config is H/S/S....Lonestar Style. Would really appreciate some help with this issue.

Link you have posted does not work. Please update it.

Which pups did you have wired before and which ones do you have wired now?

How does the 4th position of the switch sound btw?

the Fender is a South Start Pickup
and the Duncan is a North Start Pickup
reverse the black and green wires on the Duncan

you sir have just experienced the "phase reversed sound"
