Pearly Gates in new Epiphone

I just bought a brand new Epiphone standard pro with coil split. I had my pearly gates bridge pu in my chibson and it sounded awesome. This epi has the pots that have a circuit board and the Pu's plug in with 4 wires plus the strand so I just copied the wire colors and it sounds like ass. Super thin like its maybe out of phase. I experimented and took the red and white wires and it sounds a little better but still not the way it should.Does anyone know what the proper wiring would be for this? Wires are black, green, red, white and strand.
Thanks
Tim

You’ll have to convert Gibson’s colors to Duncan colors.

Yeah, while there are many standards companies adhere to (the size of a single coil, etc), wire colors are not one of them. Don't know if there are historic reasons for this, or the idea of each company having their own identity, but it is annoying to the end user.

That’s the reason I ripped out the pcb boards on two of my LP. I just couldn’t deal with the hassle of cross checking and getting it wrong over and over. Lol

This is what I came up with if anyone else runs into this.

GIBSON to SD
Red(hot)/ Blk(hot)
W. / W
Green. / Red
Blk. / Green
Bare. / Bare

This is for a coil tap
