Peavey Classic 30 or Carvin X60A

I need some help.. As the title indicates I have a choice between these two amps.

My style is Bluesy / Alternative / Southern Rock. I've been able to find a ton of info and demos on the Classic 30 and this baby seems to rock not to mention all the mods and extras that are available.

Although I seem to be leading towards the Classic 30 I can't help but have some leaning interest in the Carvin, but the info available and demos is very limited.

Any help would be appreciated?

I have no experience with the carvin model but carvins in general do not have very nice overdrive IME. I would probably go c30.

I love the Classic 30, so I'd probably lean toward that. What Andrew mentioned about Carvin OD channels was true with the Belair that I had, but not all Carvins have the same type of gain channel. I will say that the the clean channels on Carvin tube amps generally are excellent, and take an OD pedal very well.
