Pedal help! Bought a Behringer UF100

I have been trying out all flanger pedals in town at the local musicstores and today i found the pedal that fit my taste and my wallet, the Behringer UF100.

My question is, the only downside with it was that one-two knobs are a bit loose, is there a way to fix that? Is the effect analogue or digital?

It's a cheap POS that will break sooner than you want it to. Do yourself a favor and save up a little more for a Boss or Ibanez flanger, possibly even looking at used ones. There's some good deals out there. Alot of the pedals are analog. Line6 and rackmount units will be digital.
