How can i get a pegasus with white bobbins made specifically by Maricela Juarez? Would it also cost a bunch extra?

If she winds it, it will cost Custom Shop money. If you just want a white bobbin Pegasus, you can order that without going through the Custom Shop. While it is cool to have MJ wind it, I might alter the formula a bit to go for a 'one-of-a-kind' vibe, but she will do it either way.
