Performed Spin-A-Split mod on my Ibanez! Yahoo!

Super easy and super useful!!! Wow, I'm floored at the versatility of my axe now. It is my Ibanez SA160QM with DiMarzio Blue Velvets in neck/mid and DiMarzio Super Distortion in the bridge. The SD has a really solid split sound, and blending it with the regular humbucker tone is just amazing. I also replaced the stock pot with a new CTS 500k one (beandip, I just gave in and bought a new one, thanks for trying to send me some though! ).

And a big thanks to STRATDELUXER for showing me www.guitarelectronics.com He showed me that site a long long time ago, but I still use it every now and again.

Well, I'm a happy camper! Considering doing this mod to my Korina Explorer now.

I read about the spin-a-split on this site (tech tips or somewhere) and was considering trying it out. I'm glad to see you're happy with it. I may have to get off my butt now and do it!
