pg/custom or c5

Heres the deal, i have this new chambered body les paul. I play classic rock and phish ect. I am planning on using a pg n/ custom or c5 b. Which one is more suited for classic rock? Can anyone seen any tonal mishaps i might run into with this pickup choice?

You know my opinion!! I actually use and really love both but, I find the custom to have a bit more classic rock to it and I find the C5 to have a touch more 80's metal to it. Though they are both good choices!!! BTW, I use the C5 in a partly hollow Ibanez Les paul so we are probally in the same neighborhood. The only pitfall I may see with the C5 is that it is sometimes kind of bright. In a darker guitar its really good though. The custom, I love it so much I cant think of A pit fall. It is exactly the way Duncan describes it, a beefed up PAF. Its a bit of a higher output pickup but, I can nail AC/DC tunes and other Paf stuff with it like a champion.

Anytime brother. Just remember, if you try it and dont like it, you can send it back to Duncan or exchange it at your dealer within 21 days. I think you will like it though.
