Pgs or AP2s for a LP (alder body, rosewood fretboard)?

Well, that's the question: Pgs set or AP2s set for a LP copy (alder body, rosewood fretboard)?

Also, i was thinkin about this mach the Pg bridge with the A2P neck as another posibility.

In the other LP i'm gonna have Custom / Pgn, so in this one i'm looking for a more "vintage" guitar to have a great range of sounds (with this two guitars)

I'm listening to you guys. (btw, also would like other ideas)
Btw, I'm the only guitar in my band.. so you may want to consider that in you answer

Thanks!

In my alder/rosewood epi black beauty I had the pg set. It was an awesome sounding combo. Close to my ultimate sound. I got an itch after a while to try something with more ballz in the bridge and got a custom, whick was just what I was looking for with the pg neck.:beerchug:

What about PGb / Ap2n??
Or better yet, CCb / Ap2n?? Would this be cool, or just TOO fat to swallow?

If you like guns and roses (Slash) tone, go with the Ap2 set. I never tried the PG but it has a lot of good comments.

yep, i like Gn'FnR tone.. but just as you have, ive heard a lot of good comments about the PG... so= i'm daze and confused... ;)

I love the PGs in my Epi LP Standard. If you like Billy Gibbons tone, try the PGs. If you like Slash's tone, try the A2Pros.

I was wandering... if i want to add hi-gain some times.. wich of both would give me the mest answer?? Or would it be no diff. at all in that field?? And if it is not, what would be each other mics answer under hi-gain situations??

tks!

Also would like some opinion about CC/ap2 (would the CC be some kind of Ap2 with more out put?).
Btw, i'm the only guitar in my band, so you may consider that

Tks
