Phat Cat wiring problem.

Hi All!
A while ago I installed a set of Phat Cats in my strat according to the 2 volume, 1 tone, 3 way switch configuration and I get an interaction of the volume knobs in the center position. Has anyone heard of this problem before or know what I can do to fix it?

so you have each pup run to a volume control then to the switch then out to the jack right?

in typical les paul fashion the two volumes are interactive when both pups are on, so it isnt really a problem per se. you dont like it this way?
