Charvel, if it does indeed have an OFR.
The Pro series Jacksons are imports. They are well-made, from what I've heard. The soloist series is made in Indonesia, but I don't find many negative reviews.
The RG655 is hailed to be one of the best recent Ibanez, and I'm inclined to agree. For less than the price of some other Prestige instruments, you get a far superior tremolo (the Edge). You also get a hardcase with it. However, I must share an observation that Ibanez guitars usually sound flat. While this may appeal to people who love to shape their tone via various effects and studio magic, it makes a good caveat. The flat tone is one of the reasons I stopped planning on getting another Ibanez... or at least the standard production models (non-sig).
Charvel San Dimas nowadays are made in the same Mexican plant where Fender makes their guitars. Not much left to be desired unless you compare it to its previous iterations, from what I've gathered (lack of hardcase, etc). HOWEVER, since you said that the Charvel you've tipped the scale in favor of the Charvel a lot, IMO.
