Hi guys have a Duncan performer scorcher bridge would I be able to use it in neck position Have HSS config middle pick up will be basic fender single coil putting a screaming demon in the bridge
I think it would be better reversed: Scorcher in the bridge, Demon in the neck. You are bound to have some volume balance problems if you install them like you say. Maybe as jeremy said, wire the Scorcher in parallel, which will tame it a bit.
That's so weird... I have that combo (Demon, Scorcher.) Scorcher is way backed off due to the output, and is pretty muddy. It's a place-filler for now (believe it or not, I've used it as a place-filler neck pickup more than once.) The Demon is a great bridge pickup for my style.

If so, put the Fender single in the neck, the Scorcher in the middle and the Demon at the bridge.
You're still going to have some notable output differences between the positions, but that should balance all 3 positions as well as possible and provide more clarity from the Scorcher than if you put it in the neck.
Ya I have other pick ups it's humbucker screaming Demon that is definitely going that guitar just trying figure out what to do with the 2 single coil spot I have fender basic I can put back in there also I have a double stacked humbucker I can put in neck make it into H-S-H sound I'm looking for is like Iron Maidenish I never had a strat cause of the volume knob to close to my hand so I'm gone drop a tone knob and just make it 1V 1T thanks you guys for you input you guys are Great
