Both clean and no FLOYD!?!?! Two of the best put together highest quality control guitars I've come across in a while.
Strat has a pretty cool Metallic Sunburst finish through which you can see the wood grain - I think they’re calling it Mystic Burst currently. Stock Fender Humbuckers are actually very good and I like them. Positions 2 & 4 give you some decent Strat Tones too.
Always wanted a Sheraton but never got around to grabbing one. This one's a fine example of a Samick MIK with more subtle chrome hardware rather than the typical gold. These are great feeling and looking guitars (IMHO) and comfortable players to boot. Stock pickups do a great job of jazzin' things up when the height is lowered and if you raise 'em up you're easily in rock n roll territory.
2010 Fender FSR Stratocaster MIM Standard Mystic Burst: One Piece Modern C Shape Tinted Maple 1.65” R2 Neck with 9.5” Radius 21 Medium Jumbo Frets & Fender Standard Tuners, Alder Body in Mystic Metallic Sunburst w/two Fender Standard Humbuckers wired with a 5 way blade switch giving both humbucker and single coil sounds, Vintage Synchronized Tremolo, Black HSC
This Fender FSR Standard Strat HH Metallic represents a tasteful melding of classic and modern sensibilities for a well-made instrument that any player can afford. Right off the bat this Strat's metallic finish sets it apart from the crowd, adding a little flash to the vintage style 3-tone sunburst Alder body. This is complimented by a gloss finish one-piece maple neck and fretboard with 21 medium jumbo frets and a modern "C" shape. A Fender synchronized tremolo system keeps you in tune while you warp and bend notes, offering accurate intonation and excellent sustain. Speaking of sustain, this Fender FSR Strat is armed with a pair of chunky sounding humbuckers for fat power chords and singing leads. Classic Strat single-coil tones are at your fingertips too, thanks to the Fender FSR Standard Strat HH 's five-way switching.
