Pickup Adjustment Help!!

HI

I need your help, ive just purchased a set of pickups from Ebay and need help in setting them up to get the maximum tone.

Is this the best way to do it?

If i set the Bridge Humbucker at 3/32" from the bottom of the strings and adjust the Neck bucker to have the same volume

As for the Pole Pieces they were staggered, is it best to lower them until the screw head is level with the flat of the pickup (they uncovered by the way) and them raise them until they sound harsh and back of a bit

Your call, i tend to have them real high for higher output and more squelies.
