Pickup Combination Question

I have a Yamaha Strat HSS copy & would like to know if the Jason Becker Perpetual Burn TB and Sentient Neck will work together for a HH instead?

Well you'd have to rout out the neck position for a humbucker or order a mini humbucker from the custom shop to sound like a Sentient neck, and then you still have a gaping hole for the middle single. If you're fine with all that then go nuts.

As far as pickup combinations go, those would make a nice set for sure but as FOTBT said there will be some additional considerations.

I would leave the middle pickup and just in wire it.

Keep in mind, you'd have to order a pickguard for it, and I don't know how easily those are found for that model. That being said, it is a great combination for modern shreddy tones.
