Pickup comparison vid

Using the ENGL pickups are Duncan Distortion, Fishman Epiphone, and Duncan Blackout EMTY
​​​​​​​Eminence Manowar speaker.

Duncan Distortion wins for me. Nice & full/meaty/darker sounding with slightly rounder lows. Great mid-grind but not overbearing like the EMty's. Fishman's were fine too...but comparitively a bit polite haha. I've always's liked mine more for lead playing though, which is all I do these days (old-age related thumb & wrist pain :lmao ....so yeah great pup.s :bigthumb:

I liked the Fishmans the best here. They sounded cleaner, tighter, and brighter than the others. Which voicing were you using?

Another vote for the Distortion. To my ears, it's a warmer sounding pickup.
