Slightly less short answer: Yes, but there are potential problems unless you go through some extra steps that can be a pain in the ass to do if you're not used to doing them.
You've got to get it right or they'll howl like a banshee.
It's best to wax pot the pickup after they're installed, but if you put a piece of 1/2" masking tape inside the cover where the slug poles will be resting against and then clamp it on really tight before soldering you're usually all right.
