A pair of 59's is never a bad choice for 335 style. As for the Seths - people seem to love those a lot too. I'd make that call based on the natural tone of the guitar. A pair of Pearly Gates for a slightly different PAF would never be a bad call either. Little more mids, slightly less bass, sweeter top end.
Consider 59's and a mag swap: A3 neck and UOA5 in bridge. Very very tasty classic tones!
I have a Dot Studio with a JB and a Jazz. I play it LOUD!!!!! On that guitar I turn the heck out of the neck volume and tone knobs.
I also have a Dot Studio w/ P-Rails for every sound under the sun. I also use the volume and tone a LOT on both bridge and neck with that. Since you went push-push x 4, might think about P-Rails depending on what sounds you want.
