Pickup help?

I need a very hot pickup for a Very bright guitar. This axe makes a Tone zone sound thin. Maple body, maple neck w/ebony board and brass nut.
Has a Kahler trem. Does the Distortion have big bottom?
What do you suggest?

I would go with the Custom Custom, or maybe the Rio Grande BBQ. Guitars don't get much brighter than that, so you'll want something with a warm, dark sound.

yeah invader in bridge would be good for that.
and well Tonezone/AirZone for bridge too.

as for neck throw in a JB, gives a nice thick smooth tone.

Thanks all! How does the Invader sound?? Ive played a Custom Custom.
Could a 78 be wound to sound good in this? Id like to have an axe with one of those. Want a Blues Trembucker too. I want a rocking axe with this one, but I have a hot amp and could get by with a less hot pup.. Just need the pup to have the meat.
I have a Tone zone and air norton in it now.. Neck position sounds good.

I'd go with an alnico 2 pickup...not alnico 5 or ceramic. EVH would be cool. Custom Custom would be hotter and very cool too. Lew

Id love to have a 78 in a guitar. Would it have enough nuts to make up for this thin guitar?? ideally, this would be what Id like
