Ok, I need some help picking out new pickups for my guitar. Its an agile al-3000 and I want something to get that les paul tone, think slash in the intro to sweet child o mine. But I also want a bridge pickup to be able to handle heavy stuff nice like As I lay Dying, Killswitch Engage, SOAD, and the like. Can anyone recommend me some pickups for around 100$. Thanks.

I have the perfect pickup for you. I is the Bill Lawrence L-500 (I would recommend the Lead version for you because the regular wouldn't pack enough punch for what you want and the Xtra-lead is that almost wah sounding pickup (the same dimebag used before his Duncan)). This is a blade humbucker. It is passive. The best part you ask, it only costs about $50 dollars or so. If you want to read up on it or order directly from Bill (the only way to order these pickups new), then refer to my signature.
