Pickup suggesstion please

I am building a guitar for a playing style of always playing one string at a time, CLEAN SOUND, RICH HARMONICS, and has LOT OF BENDING; NEVER NEEDS DISTORTION or OTHER EFFECTS. What specific Seymour Duncan pickups should I use? I am thinking of single coil pickups.

Any ideas? Thanks a lot in advance.

1) What design and construction method does your instrument follow?
