Pickup Wiring Diagrams

Hello, hoping someone can help me with wiring my pickups.I can't find anything online or at Seymour Duncan wiring diagrams page for what I want to do. I have a Schecter Blackjack C-7 currently has 1 volume 1 tone with 5-way blade switch. I want to rewire it so there is no tone control...just 2 volume controls. 1 volume for bridge pickup, 1 volume for neck pickup, with 5-way switch. Pickups are JB (bridge) Jazz (neck).
Thanks

Re: Pickup Wiring Diagrams

It's very easy. I do it to my two pot guitars. I want each PU to have it's own volume control. A tone pot is a volume pot with a capacitor. Cut off the capacitor and put the wires on the lugs same as the volume pot. Looking at the pot from the bottom:

- the ground is the left lug.

- If you want independent volume controls (for blending PU's), the middle is for the wire from the PU, and the right goes to the toggle.

- If you want dependent volumes controls (no blending), the middle goes to the toggle, and the right is for the wire that goes to the PU.

If there's room in the control cavity, you can drill a hole for a third pot, tone control for the bridge PU (I've done that too).
