Pickup wiring

Hello, I have an esp kh2 that I am trying to wire a sh-2n & sh-4 in. I have 2 volume and 1 tone. I have wired the pick ups accorrding to the drawings on the seymour web site but I have a 3 way slotted switch instead of a toggle and I don't know were to put the wires. I current have 2 types of 3 way switches on hand. One has points all on one side in a row and the other has 4 on each side. any help would be great.

So you have a 3-Way swith Tele-Style with 8 connector lugs?

Check this http://www.carvin.com/manuals/Pickup_Wiring.pdf on Carvin's web site. Look for TL60-33 drawing. This should give you an idea of where to connect the hot leads from your volume pots.

The common lugs (two in the middle) go to your Tone Pot using this Seymour Duncan diagram. http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/schematics/2hum_2vol_tone_3way-w-spl.html
