Pickups 102? 201?

I found Pickups 101 very helpful and educational. But it was, as the 101 would suggest, very introductory. I still have a lot of learning to do about pickups. What is the next resource you would recommend about this subject? What (where) is Pickups 102? Pickups 201?

Any websites, books or downloads you can suggest would be appreciated. Thanks.
