Pickups for a custom guitar

Hello, folks. Newbie here from Brazil, so sorry for my english, i'll try my best.
I'm building a custom guitar with mahogany body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard and wikinson vsvg tremolo.
I want pickups to give me a wide variety of styles like Andy Timmons. I don't want his tone like everyone wants, but i want pickups that cover at least some jazz, blues, funk, rock, instrumental and fusion.
Better than Andy Timmons is to think about Guthrie Govan, but Timmons has a more semi-vintage tone than Guthrie.
I want a clean tone that shows every note of a chord with definition and i want a lead that pierces everything through the song.
Anyway, what do you guys think of these combinations:

HSH
JB or Screamin Demon, Cool Rails OR Vintage Rails and Duncan 59 OR Jazz'

HSS
JB or Screamin Demon, Vintage Rails, Cool Rails

Cool Rails is really clean? Some people said that it's not that clean for chords. And it's true that JB is too bright and Screamin Demon is more balanced? And what about the splitted JB and 59 tones?

Thanks in advance.
