Pickups for Yamaha Drop 6 Ty Tabor Baritone Guitar

Looking to put new pickups in a basswood with maple center cap Yamaha Ty Tabor Drop 6 Baritone...Bridge pickup doesn't have enough chunk...It is a Seymour Duncan JB...

Also in neck and middle are Seymour duncan Vintage rails...Middle pickup is okay, but neck pickup needs a warmer neck solo sound for hard rock...

Any suggestions for pickups from Seymour Duncan or Dimarzio?

Also string gauge for this guitar? Suggestions?

whatever guages you like the feel of is the guage you should be using.


as for pickup suggestions....A custom in the bridge would be nice. Maybe a lil 59 or JB jr in the neck.

A Duncan Custom would probably fire that guitar up nicely.
