Guys,

I know I ain't the only one.

I have a set of 8.75/7.70K a5/a3 modded antiquities (recently I converted my fat/fat walnut warmoth strat into a REAL strat with the surfers I got from Lew), and a set of 8.35K/8.00K PG's that I cannot employ in any of my guitars. I wish I could, and find myself thinking of getting guitars for those pickups. I know it's insane. :smack:

Fender CS 62's (w/ baseplate on the bridge pickup) that I pulled from my strat in favor of the Albert Lee set in that I have in it right now. I'm actually building an alder/rosewood parts strat to put them in. I just need to buy a bridge, I'm thinking of a 6 hole Wilkinson.

Lets see, A hotrails, a dewound SSL-5, some vintage strat pickups, A no name humbucker, and some ceramic single coils that actually sound pretty damn good. So what's that? 3 new strats and a single bucker guitar? Hmm....make that four strats.

I've got a vintage Dirty Fingers lying around that isn't doing anything. Lesseee....also some old DiMarzios, mostly Super Distortions, um, a stock MIM Tele pup, etc. Nothing for which I feel the need to build a guitar. Anyone interested in some old pups?

I dunno. Maybe. I'm kind of a packrat. Sooner or later old stuff finds its way back into the fold. Then again I've had that silly thing (if you hadn't guessed, I'm not real fond of Dirty Fingers pups) since 1989.

Oh man, I would need so many guitars in order to use all of my pickups. My main focus right now is to get my ESP so I can move my Live Wires to that and put the Bitchbuckers back in the LP. I have a TB-6, JB Jr. and SSL-5 in my strat. That still leaves a JB, a 59, a Custom, a Full Shred, Ian nvader, and an Alnico II Pro without a home.....I better start saving for some more guitars.

I have a set of brand new Seths that's still unemployed at the moment... I paid 70$ for 'em and I feel like it's a crime to leave them there... I'm waiting for a little more dough and I'll put 'em in a nice Mrs. Right Les Paul...

A '59 set, another '59 bridge and a Custom.

The 498T and 490R are staying in the drawer, unless I need new fridge magnets.

I know the feeling. When I got my timbuckers I waited for like 6 months to put them into my paul. I was lazy I suppose.
