Pickups Phasing

Hi everyone my 1st post here,
I fix the SJBJ 1 on the bridge replacing my Stag Quarter Pounder recently on my Fender Strat. I got 2 Dimarzio HS3 pickup on the neck and mid.
My question is, does Seymour JB in phase with Dimarzio HS3? do I need to rewire it? SJBJ1 and Dimarzio HS3 both spotted with 4 conductor wires only in different color configuration.
Anyone got this kind of combination between Seymour and Dimarzio, are they in phase?

when you have both the hs3 and jb on, does it sound thin? if so its probably out of phase

Thks, they do sound thinner when both bridge and mid 'ON', but bridge alone i can get all hot output of a SJBJ until my preamp showing clip light, not before with the quater pound.
Meaning that I got to rewire it, but does rewiring the SJBJ will effect the pickup itself when it's 'ON" bridgealone?
