Pickups suggestion for a B.C. Rich Warlock Revenge (On a budget)

Hey all,
So I'm looking to upgrade the stock BDSM Pickups on my Warlock Revenge. I'm going after the Wes Borland (Limp Bizkit), Mick Thompson (Slipknot) sound. Some tight lows which can handle drop tunnings pretty well. The SD invaders seemed to be what I needed but some reviews talk of it needing a bright guitar and weak mids. I also looked in to other alternatives, one being the Dragonfire Crusader Pickups as they are around $40 a set.

The problems I have:
- I'm not sure of the wood in my guitar, the BC Rich website says it's a mahogany but various other sites says its supposed to be agathis.
- I'm situated in Pakistan so it is impossible for me to try a pickup, I'm only dependent on YouTube reviews and forums like these.
- I'm on an extremely tight budget, say $60. I will probably get a second hand pickup off Ebay. (It would be lucky to acquire a set but I'm happy even if I can get one pickup, so a set is NOT compulsory)

My priority:
- A hot pickup with tight punchy bottoms.

Thanks in advance everyone. :)

Try some of the Guitar Fetish higher output stuff....should fit your budget just fine....

GFS Crunchy PAT set.

Dragonfire also have the EMG copies. Those or some used EMG's. EMG 81/60 are pretty easy to come across used, and perfect for the Slipknot tone.

GFS Crunchy PAT set.

Aren't they more fat? Shouldn't GFS Power Rails be a better choice?

So you are saying Dragonfires are worth the money? Also I have my eyes on eBay, looking for a cheap deal on either some used SD's or EMG 81/60.

Thanks for suggestions I have received up till now. :)

Check out the Duncan Detonator.

No idea, TBH. Never tried them. I doubt they're too bad for the money, though. I guess they're probably made by Artec or some other company that also manufactures some of the GFS pickups, and GFS pickups are pretty bang-for-the-buck.

GFS RedActives are like 30 bucks apiece. They're great. Not quite so EMG-ish, though. Those are not meant to be EMG copies. If you're feeling curious: http://www.guitarfetish.com/REDactives-Guitar-Pickups_c_446.html Those are tigh and grindy, but like I said, not quite dead-on EMG-like.

Nope, the Power Rails are actually fatter sounding than the Crunchy PATs. The Crunchy PAT bridge sounds a little like a Duncan Custom, the Power Rails sounds more like an Invader.

Thank you all for the suggestions! :) I might be acquiring a set of GFS pups if I can't find a good deal on EMGs on eBAY.
Once again, thanks!

Maybe late to the party but gfs crunchy rails. More output than the crunchy pat but not as fat as a power rails from what I understand

I have the dragonfire 85/81 set, and have owned an emg 81 - the two 81s are indistinguishable except for a touch more bass on the DF one. I didn't like the 85, but I've never tried an EMG 85 so I can't say how they compare.
