Pickups working together... will this work?

I want to replace the JB Jr. in my strat. Would it even work electronically to put a DiMarzio Fast Track 2 in the bridge with hot rails in the middle and neck? It is hotter than the bridge hot rails and it should be in the bridge. Does it make any difference that it's a DiMarzio pickup?

it may be out of phase but it should be able to be compatible
