That mahogany has beautiful grain patterns. How does it play?

Do you like the faded finish? It'll be really cool when you play it enough for it to start wearing away in parts.

Thanks guys. I do like the faded finish. The neck is also massive, which I like. It certainly sounds different than my epiphone, but i can't quite put my finger on it. I don't like the lack of "50's wiring", so it sounds kind of muffled with the guitar volume down.

Sweet! SG's rule ! Had the chance to play a tons of the faded series ones, but chose my les paul over the sg. But still sweet axe's

I just love the way the color came out dark in the pics... the grain is really nice too.

It's actually darker in real life. As far as I can tell it's a 2 piece body, although they hid the seam very well on the back.

I looked on the (side?) of the guitar near the strap button and it's pretty easy to tell there.
