Piezo Graph Tech Ghost Saddles

Has anybody here tried or play with a piezo pickup system? More specifically the ghost saddles for a Floyd Rose.

I have one in my hybrid guitar but not FR style. Just regular saddles. The sound is like an acoustic guitar plugged in but lacking in depth. I usually play it in conjunction with the electric neck pickup, with the tone rolled off to compensate for the lack of bass.
